Roland McDonald - PROGRAM DIRECTOR and Head Coach

Graduate of Michigan State University 1986. NCAA qualifier, Big 10 Conference Finalist. 12 year professional high diving experience including three time champion of the World Cup High Diving Championships (1990, 1991, 1992) and silver medalist in Acapulco Cliff Diving Championships 1993.

Coached the Virginia Tech Hokies from 1990 through 1994 season before moving to Northern Virginia to work with age group diving. Currently the Head Diving Coach of the George Mason University Men's and Women's programs.

- Diver for Chesterbrook Swim Club in Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL) 1968-1972; All-Star diver 1971

- Seasonal Dive Coach for NVSL, Fairfax Co. & Metro League HSs 1974-1998 and Dive-well Supervisor FCPS '96-'98

- Head Coach Tuckahoe Tigers Dive Team year-round program starting in 1984 as NVSLChampions Div VI thru 1998 moving up to compete in Division I

- Developmental Program Director Northern Virginia Dive Club (NVDC) 1997-2001

- Diving Instructor Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) at OakMarr RECenter 1997-current

- Diving Instructor at Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center 2001-current

- Full time coach with PDC since Sept 2002

Ashley Craw - Full-time Coach

Ashley grew up diving in Nashville, TN. She was the 1999 Tennessee State High School Diving champion and 1999 Tennessee State High School Diver of the Year. She was the Nashville City League 1 meter and 3 meter champion from 1994-2000. Additionally, she qualified for J.O. East Nationals in 2000 and 2001. During her four years of diving at GMU, she competed in the CAA Conference championships and was a Bronze medalist on one meter in 2004 and finished 4th on one and three meter in 2003. She also qualified for and finaled on both the 1 meter and 3 meter events at the NCAA Zone A Championships in 2002, 2003, and 2004. Ashley is currently in her forth year at GMU Law School in Arlington and is the President of the Law School.

Ashley has been coaching for over eight years, and has been working with PDC on a part-time basis since 2000.
