AAU Membership for the 2009 - 10 Season is now available!
Patriot Dive Club, it's coaches and divers are all members of AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) which provides insurance for the club and all members. To register with AAU, please follow the insturctions below. When completed, you should print three copies of your AAU Card...one to mail to PDC with your PDC Registration Forms (don't forget to sign your card), one for yourself and one as a backup.
AAU Registration:
2) Click the JOIN AAU link
3) Under the Individual Membership area click the Athlete Membership link

5) Complete the online form
6) When you get to step 1, Program...select Youth or Adult which is appropriate
7) When you get to step 2, Membership Term/Category...select Added Benefit Membership ($14 for one year)
8) When you get to step 3, Sport...select Diving
9) Our Team Name is: Patriot Dive Club
10) Our Club Code is: PVDI4B6KB0 (copy/paste into field)
11) Save and Continue
12) Finish (unless you need to add a brother or sister)
13) Order an AAU t-shirt if you like...free shirt, $6.25 shipping/shirt
14) Checkout...pay online with major credit card
15) Print three copies of your AAU card
16) Send a copy of your AAU Card to PDC with your Medical Form, Contract and check!
